Under normal circumstances, most orders are processed and shipped out within 24-72 hours, Monday through Friday. However, please note that there may be instances where shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as large order volumes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that we will make every effort to ship your order out as soon as possible.
International Shipments
If you are placing an order to be shipped outside of the USA, please be aware that special handling may be required. In some cases, we may require you to use your own freight forwarder for international shipments. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance for additional clarification and to ensure a smooth shipping process.
Shipping Costs & Methods
For domestic orders within the USA, we offer Free Standard Shipping by USPS. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method based on your location and desired delivery timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
Shipping Costs

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by contact@diegoadam.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
